What we collect
Only what you give us: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and whatever you write when booking or contacting us. Nothing else.
What we use it for
To handle your booking, reply to you and coordinate your arrival. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data for as long as we need it to serve you and for our accounting records. You can ask us to delete it once there is no stay in progress.
Cookies and measurement
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. When campaigns are running we use Google and Meta measurement tools, which set cookies to tell which ads work. You can block them in your browser without losing any site feature.
Who we share it with
With the services that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email) and, if you pay online, the corresponding payment provider. Each one handles the data only to provide that service.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction or deletion by writing to reservas@villa692.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
