About these terms
These apply to bookings made on villa692.com and to stays at Villa 692, in Chicá, Capira district, Panamá Oeste province. By sending a booking request you accept the following.
Bookings and confirmation
A request sent through the site does not confirm your stay on its own. The booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and let you know by WhatsApp or email. Until then the dates are held for a limited time.
The deposit is 50% of the total unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include use of the common areas. Activities and experiences are charged separately, per the published catalog. Weekend and high-season rates may differ: the price we confirm in writing is the one that applies.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 12:00 p.m. Outside those hours, ask us: it depends on that day's occupancy.
Guests and capacity
Each cabin has a published maximum capacity. Extra guests are charged at the per-person rate and must be disclosed before arrival. Maximum capacity may not be exceeded.
Pets
We welcome pets up to 20 lb, with a per-stay fee. Please tell us when booking, and keep them accompanied in the common areas.
Conduct and damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property during their stay. We ask that you respect other visitors' rest, especially at night, and care for the surroundings: we are inside a national park.
Liability
Adventure activities carry the risk inherent to the activity and are run with trained staff and safety equipment. Participation is voluntary. Villa 692 is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
Changes
We may update prices, availability and these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
