How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +507 6680-1680 or email reservas@villa692.com with your booking code. The date that counts is the date of your message.
More than 15 days ahead
We refund the full deposit, or hold it as credit for another date within six months — your choice.
Between 7 and 15 days
We refund half the deposit, or hold the full amount as credit for another date within three months.
Less than 7 days
The deposit is not refunded, because by then the date is hard to fill again. If we manage to rebook the cabin, we hold it as credit for you.
Date changes
Changing dates more than 7 days ahead is free, subject to availability. Any rate difference is adjusted.
If we cancel
If something outside your control means we cannot host you, we refund everything paid, with no deductions.
Rain
We are in the mountains and it rains often: rain is not grounds for a refunded cancellation. Outdoor activities can be rescheduled for safety at no cost.
